Ten 1:1 sessions to think clearly, set boundaries that hold, and reconnect with who you are outside the role — online or in person, your choice.

I coach teachers through the weight of the work and run calm, playful wellbeing workshops for children—because one steady, supported adult changes everything for the room around them.
The mission
I've stood at the front of a classroom, so I know what teaching asks of you — how easily you give everything to your students and have nothing left for yourself. Coaching teachers to move through their days with clarity, and to stay who they are beyond the role, is the work I care about most.
Alongside it, I run wellbeing workshops for children: playful sessions that hand them real, simple tools to name what they feel and find their calm.

A qualified teacher and a coach in one person — I run a single 50-minute session for a class, built around feelings, boundaries, and a calm-down toolkit the children keep. I bring everything, and the class teacher stays in the room throughout.
How the workshop worksBook a one-to-one session, or bring a children's wellbeing workshop to your school. A short message is enough to start.
Let's connectAbout
I'm Anna — a qualified primary school teacher and an ICF-credentialed coach, based in Zürich.
For years, I was a teacher. I loved so much about it, but I also know how easy it is to lose yourself in the job. The Sunday evening knot in your stomach, the planning and marking that never really stop, the feeling that you're always carrying school with you.
Coaching came into my life when I needed a different way of being. It helped me find my footing again, and that's why I do this work now. I work with teachers who are carrying a lot, because I know that feeling. We don't have to spend half the session explaining why it's hard. We can start where you are and work towards more clarity, healthier boundaries, and a way of teaching that doesn't cost you yourself. I also run wellbeing workshops for children in schools, and this part of my work is especially close to my heart.
I believe we can learn to listen to ourselves and set healthy boundaries from a very young age. Children are constantly learning how to understand the world around them, but I think it is just as important that they learn to understand what is happening inside them.
My workshops give children a safe and playful space to talk about their feelings, notice what their bodies are telling them, understand what they need, and find simple ways to deal with big emotions. I want them to grow up knowing that their feelings are something they can talk about, that saying no is okay, and that looking after themselves is not selfish.
For me, wellbeing isn't something we should only start thinking about when things become difficult. These are skills we can build early — in small, everyday ways — so children grow up with a stronger sense of themselves and the confidence to care for their own wellbeing.
Send me a note about where you are and what you're carrying. No pressure — just a conversation.

Three ways to work together — one-to-one, online, or a workshop for your class. Booking is by message for now; I'll reply personally to find a time.
A committed coaching journey for teachers who are giving everything to the classroom and running low on themselves. Across ten one-to-one sessions we make space to think clearly, set boundaries that actually hold, and reconnect with who you are beyond the role.
A calm, playful session for one class, built and delivered by someone who is both a qualified teacher and a coach. Children leave with real, simple tools they keep — and the class teacher stays in the room throughout.
This is skills-based group work, not therapy. Anything of concern is passed straight to your designated safeguarding lead — a line we agree before I set foot in the classroom.
